Need help while waiting? Every exam room has a call button. Push it anytime—if your pet is getting stressed, if you have questions, or if you need an update during surgery. Someone will be there.
Unlike many clinics, we don't automatically separate you from your pet. We ask first. When space and safety allow, you're welcome to stay with your pet during treatment. You won't be left in a waiting room wondering what's happening.
For wellness appointments, you can text us at (309) 828-7722—we monitor texts throughout the day. For emergencies, always call to ensure the fastest response.
From your puppy's first vaccines to emergency surgery at 2 AM, it's all under one roof. Your pet's records are always accessible. Your regular vet knows what happened in the ER, and vice versa.
