Call (309) 828-7722 while en route. We'll prepare for your arrival and may provide critical first-aid instructions.
Park in our emergency lot and come directly to the front desk. A technician will assess your pet immediately.
Our team evaluates your pet's condition and prioritizes based on severity. Critical cases are seen first.
We'll explain findings, discuss options, and provide cost estimates before proceeding. You'll receive regular updates.
Once stable, your pet goes home with detailed instructions, or we coordinate transfer to your regular vet.
